Lindsay Ridpath

Lindsay has served the University of Arizona since 2019, starting in Business Development with the Alumni Association before transitioning to Research Development Services in 2022. As a Program Manager for Industry Engagement, she supports university-industry collaborations and manages initiatives that connect research with industry.

With expertise in program and project management, business development, proposal support, and relationship building, Lindsay ensures projects run efficiently and drive meaningful impact. She also serves as an ambassador for the Arizona Technology Council, strengthening connections between industry and academia.

Lindsay holds a PMP certification, a Master of Fine Arts, and is currently pursuing an MBA (graduating May 2026). She is committed to continuous learning and professional growth.
