Lindsay Ridpath, MBA, PMP

Lindsay Ridpath develops industry partnerships with the University of Arizona's research, talent, and innovation ecosystem. As Program Manager in the Office of Research and Partnerships, she connects organizations with faculty expertise, research, and workforce opportunities, enhancing collaboration across campus and improving the systems that support lasting partnerships.

Lindsay's background combines project management, business strategy, and creative problem-solving. Prior to joining the Office of Research and Partnerships, Lindsay held roles with the University of Arizona Foundation and the University of Arizona Alumni Association, where she cultivated corporate relationships, advanced strategic initiatives, and connected alumni, industry, and university leadership through collaborative programs.

Lindsay holds a Master of Business Administration with a concentration in Management Information Systems and a certificate in Organizational Management, a Master of Fine Arts, and is a Project Management Professional (PMP®). She also serves as an Ambassador, Emerging Leaders Council member (2026–27), and Co-Chair of Women in the Workforce with the Arizona Technology Council.

Away from the office, Lindsay enjoys slowing down with a good book, spending time outdoors, and making the most of weekends with her husband, whether that's tending to their backyard chickens, caring for plants, or visiting with family and friends.
